However, you can find the trimmed ringtone in your sd card and put in in the notifications folder allowing you to choose the trimmed ringtone as your message notification. What you need to do: 1. Connect your phone into your pc/laptop and choose Disk Drive when a notification appears in your phone. 2. Open your sd card from you pc/laptop and look for the folder named .ringtonetrimmer audio>notifications and paste (CTRL+V) it in there. YOU'RE DONE! You can’t do it for message notification as I’ve tried. I want to trimm a part of music to use as my message tones but there is no option for this. I can save the whole song in audio folder under notification. The song will then show up in your options when you choose your notification tone. When you choose your own song, and when people text you, it will play the whole song until you reach to your phone and open the message up. Does anyone know how to solve this ?
